Questions and answers
Will machine-made pelmeni differ from handmade ones?
The machine does not change the taste. You need fewer staff and spend less on labour. Every piece weighs the same, the seam is 2 mm thick and fully sealed, and seams do not open during boiling.
How do I find out the price?

Can I make chebureki?
Yes. SD-500 Monoblock makes chebureki of 50–60 g, SD-800 makes 65–100 g, and EVO-400 makes up to 130 g.
Can I make manti and khinkali?
EVO-400 was designed specifically for manti and khinkali. It works on the extrusion principle and has a dough cooling system, so the dough does not start to cook inside the machine. It also makes vareniki and chebureki.
How much waste does the machine produce?
On average no more than 4 kg per tonne of product.
How many people are needed to run a machine?
One operator.
What power supply does the equipment need?
Three-phase 380 V. On request, the equipment can be built for a 220 V supply.
How long does cleaning take?
About 15 minutes. The filling feed is taken apart and washed, and the machine is blown out with compressed air.
How quickly can I get spare parts?
We have our own large spare parts warehouse with the main parts and consumables in stock, so we can ship them quickly. Write to servicekb55@bk.ru.
What warranty do you give?
1 or 2 years, depending on the model.
